Will there be Fees to Retailers in the Future? Our current model calls for making the app free to retailers into perpetuity. Future versions of the app will contain manufacturer's coupons and banner ads to cover our costs.
What signage do you recommend? A standup sign near the entrance, desk sign at the customer service desk, and maybe a few more spread out inside works well. You can make your own signs (copyright permission is granted) or see the ready-made signs in the Retailer Signage area below.
How do we update the app when items move or a store remodels? If you move an item, in the App just type the item name and when the old location is shown just indicate the location changed and drag the pointer to the new location (really easy). If you did a store remodel where the racks themselves were physically relocated, click the "Re-Create Store" option then follow the prompts to again mark the new rack locations then indicate your category locations again.
Is the App available in other languages? The App already supports over 30 languages. Map your store items once in any language and it is automatically available in all other languages which saves you time and helps your shoppers! No more worries about hiring and scheduling more bi-linqual store clerks.
How do we take control of our layout map if other maps already exist? Just let us know the store name, address and which FindMatic email profile is yours for priority display to consumers over any crowdsourced maps at Integrations@FindMatic.com If possible email us from your store email address which eliminates the authentication process, or if you don't have a business email then just take a moment to attach a photo, scan or pdf of your store's business license as proof that you are the store manager.
Can we update our stores electronically via our store layout system? Larger retailers may contact us any time for automated setup/updating of multiple locations electronically. There is a small integration fee depending on your setup. Start the process by making a request to Integrations@FindMatic.com
Can we promote our own App? Yes. It is often unrealistic to expect shoppers to load 10-20 Apps for each store they shop at. We can make the process a little easier by cross-promoting your App within ours. Just let us know the Apple and Android links of your App plus the email(s) you used to create your store at Integrations@FindMatic.com and we will add cross-links to your Apps at no charge. We can also imbed our layout maps within your own app (contact us for a custom quote).
