Job Description:
We have an exceptional opportunity for an Account Consultant position eventually
leading to a Vice President of Sales role for the right candidate. This is a true career
opportunity with strong income and upward advancement. We also provide a strong flow
of qualified leads to help jump start sales, a large existing database of pre-qualified
leads to save time, and we cover all expenses. You will be part of a ground floor
founding team in a fast growing tech-based company with a very large upside
opportunity. We have a modern, well-equipped headquarters but also need key talent
within most U.S. cities that have the flexibility to work out of a home office if wished with
twice per year headquarters sales planning meetings.
Company Description:
Auto-identifies business site visitors who don't register or identify themselves (99% of visitors) for better follow-up. Like demandBase or LeadLander but with far more powerful tools such as a timed AutoResponder series to the visitors, AutoActions such as notifying the right rep of the visit, AutoRedirection of visitors to more relevant site pages, AutoRelaying to the company's CRM and more.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of successful sales experience (cold calling, lead generation, inside sales)
- Experience selling Web-based, on demand software, SaaS "Software as a Service"
sales a plus!
- Web presentation/ web conferencing tools experience
- Business to business sales experience preferred
- Knowledge of MS Office applications, including word and excel
- Bachelors degree
- Familiarity with web based applications, products, and services
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
- Thrives in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment

Virtual Field Position: At first we provide a lucrative 100% commission plan with all
business expenses covered as an Account Consultant and if revenue goals are met
within 3-6 months this leads to a Key Consultant position with a $28K base plus
bonus/commission and benefits with a target compensation of $80K. There are 4
additional levels each with an increasing base, benefits, and mentoring of others with a
target total compensation of $120K but uncapped ceiling for outstanding performers.
