HiringSpring provides a 100% replacement guarantee for a period of 3 months from the start date of the employee and replacement candidates will be provided within 30 days. The client will be billed the search fee upon acceptance. All invoices are due and payable within 15 days of receipt by the client. Should the client fail to provide feedback on each prescreened candidate within 10 days of submission, then client agrees to immediately pay a $500 service fee to cover a portion of our locating and interviewing labor where the client failed to follow through in communicating with us.
